How Do I Manage My Loneliness?

Loneliness is an existential crisis, no matter where you are in life, whether you are aspiring to achieve something or you have already accomplished a lot in life and very successful at whatever you do.

There is an aspect of human connection which we cannot deny, we need human connection and people in our lives to hold space for us to express ourselves and also guide us along our way.

However at the same time, you can be surrounded by 1000 people and can still feel lonely, you could be married and have kids that you love; there is always a feeling of void or emptiness that we feel if we are not connected with our soul and our essence of who we truly are.

One hack I found useful is journaling, writing down how you feel, simply a pen and a book for you to write down everything you are going through Simply shifting your attention to gratitude and writing things down can help us a lot.

Also, Self-Love is the biggest healer, give yourself more love at times of uncertainty, non-clarity, not knowing how to go forward in life. If you can love yourself, you can do anything. In 2017, I went through isolation and loneliness, I had nowhere to go but face myself, work on myself and come to terms with myself.

To really become true to me and be more authentic. I had to go through a lot of dark times in my life, I was also depressed and could not understand what is the purpose of it all.
